All orders are shipped via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

£25 : By 9am Next Day - for all orders
£10 : By 1pm Next Day
 - for orders under £500
FREE : By 1pm Next Day - for orders over £500

International Shipping

£20 : 7-10 Days International Tracked and Signed Delivery 
£80 : 2-3 Days FedEx Priority


If you have any queries about whether your item is in stock, or is the right size, please contact us before you place your order.

If your item has to be resized or made to order, please expect it to be shipped within 3-4 weeks of your order date. Please contact us if you have any queries about the item(s) you would like to purchase. You will receive notification of shipment by email.

All items are gift-wrapped in Ellie Air Jewellery branded packaging. If you would like a gift note included, please enter it into the "Special Instructions" text box at checkout.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order.


If you purchased a piece from a collection or a ready-to-wear One-Of-A-Kind item, you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days of the date on your receipt for an online purchase.
Within 28 days of the date on your receipt you may exchange an item, or receive a credit note for the full amount of your receipt, minus postage and packaging charges. Credit notes are valid for one year and are redeemable only online.

If you would like to return an item for a refund after 28 days, please note that there is a 10% administration charge, you will be refunded the full amount less 10%.

All purchases of bespoke, Create-Your-Own, engraved and sale items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.

In the unlikely case of damage and breakages during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Ellie Air Jewellery cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

Purchases that are exempt from our refund and exchange policies:

  • Commissioned and bespoke items
  • Items that have been customised
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
When returning an item you must contact us providing your order number and a reason for return. Once this information has been received and acknowledged you must return the item within 28 days of your original order date, in the condition it was sold - unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging - with your order number and name. We will contact you as soon as the item has been received and your refund or credit note will then be issued.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
