If you're unsure of your or the recipient's size, we can, free of charge, post you a reusable ring sizer with the ring. Once it has arrived and you've measured your finger let us know your ring size and we can finish your ring and get it shipped to you.
The best and most accurate way to be sized is at your local jewellers'. It's very common for people to go in and ask for their ring size. As ring sizing involves meticulous measurements it's very easy for DIY methods to be inaccurate so we'd suggest you skip these ways.
Please note that all ring resizes take a minimum of 2 weeks. We are a very small studio and sometimes resizes need to be outsourced depending on the stone settings and how much the ring needs to be resized. Ring resizing is free for all rings within a month of purchase, however, after 28 days from your order date there is a flat fee of £50 per ring.
NECKLACES
There are two good ways to measure the best length for your necklace chain. if you have a favourite necklace that is just right, simply measure this with a tape measure. Alternatively you can measure around your neck with a measuring tape but please do remember to be careful!
Most of our necklaces come on standard 16-18" adjustable chains, but can be extended up to 22" for an extra fee of £30 per necklace. Please get in touch if you would like to choose a different length or have any questions about sizing.
Delivery
Due to many inhibitions around the world, we are currently only offering shipping to the UK and Australia from the website. If you live anywhere else and would like to place an order, please get in touch as there are lots of ways to get your order to you and we can arrange this specifically for your order.
UK Shipping
£6 : Tracked Delivery with Royal Mail - available for all orders under £500
FREE : Special Delivery before 1pm Next Day - available for all order over £500. This service is tracked and insured up to £2,500.
£60 : FedEx Next Day Delivery - available for all orders over £2,500, with full insurance.
Please note Next Day delivery is guaranteed from the date the order shipped, not the date the order was placed.
Ready to ship orders are only shipped once a week and can take up to 6 days to ship unless otherwise agreed. If you need us to expedite your order please let us know during the ordering process. Made to order items will be shipped once ready, the lead time will be on the items' listing, or you can email us for clarification.
International Shipping
£45 : 3-10 Days UPS - available for orders up to £600, tracked insured up to £600.
£100 : 2-3 Days FedEx Priority - available for all international orders, tracked and fully insured.
Resizing
If your item has to be resized, please expect it to be shipped within 2-3 weeks of your order date unless otherwise notified.
Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of shipment and tracking number by email.
Packaging
All items are wrapped in Ellie Air Jewellery branded packaging. By request we can wrap orders in unbranded outer postal packaging. Please request this service in the "Order Note" text box at checkout.
Gift Notes
If you would like a gift note included with your order please enter your message in the "Order Note" text box at checkout.
Cancellations/Changes
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order.
Tax and Customs
Ellie Air Jewellery is not responsible for any tax and/or customs charges and/or duties payable outside of the UK. Ellie Air is not VAT registered and you will not pay any tax on your order, whether in the UK or abroad.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Refunds & Returns
You are entitled to a full refund upon return within 28 days of the date on your receipt for online purchase of any piece from a collection or an unaltered stock item.
All purchases of the following are deemed final sale, non-refundable and exempt from our refund and exchange policies:
- Items that have been altered/customised with engraving, resizing etc
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Commissioned items
- Bespoke items
- Sale items (whether from the website or via social media, ie Instagram Stories)
Ellie Air Jewellery cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and/or customs charges and/or duties payable outside of the UK.
When returning an item please contact us providing your order number and reason for return. Once this information has been received and acknowledged you should return the item within 28 days of your original order date, in the condition it was sold - unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging - with your order number and name. We will contact you as soon as the item has been received and your refund or credit note will then be issued.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Exchanges
Within 28 days of the date on your receipt you may exchange an item, or receive a credit note for the full amount of your receipt, minus postage and packaging charges.
Credit notes are valid for one year and are only redeemable online.
Returns after 28 days
Please note that there is a 10% administration charge for items returned for a refund after 28 days. This means you will be refunded the full amount less postage and 10%.
Damage During Transit
In the unlikely case of damage and breakages during transit from Ellie Air to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Your Statutory Rights
