We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Ellie Air pieces of jewellery so you can buy with confidence.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

The Ellie Air Limited Lifetime Warranty covers breakage or malfunction under normal use where the breakage occurs within a year from the date of purchase only.

After one year and depending on the circumstance of damage we may be happy to repair or rework the item on request, taking into account a reasonable expectation of wear and tear.

After one year we treat each repair on a case-by-case basis and may either repair or replace any defective pieces with the same or a comparable piece. A charge is sometimes required where components or gemstones need to be replaced and this will be individually quoted before works are carried out.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Ellie Air jewellery. Any third-party alterations or adjustments to your Ellie Air jewellery void this warranty.

Ellie Air Star of Authenticity

The Ellie Air Star of Authenticity, a tiny engraved star on the inside of your ring's band, confirms your ring is one-of-a-kind and handmade by Ellie Air.

Your Lifetime Warranty certificate will let you know if your Ellie Air ring includes the Star of Authenticity.
